CallRec is a Client – Server based application and is used to log and review incoming / outgoing calls from the telephone system of the company. When a call is made the Service gets the information from the phone center, processes it and saves the processed data into a database. The Client manages associations of lines, users and calls and various reports can be generated. These reports can be sent to the users via email and can be viewed by the client application or a web browser.
